The Country Road Group Facilities Management System offers Store Managers and Retail Operations quick access to communicate maintenance and facilities issues to head office management team.
Accessed via the Intranet Retail homepage, the work request system will keep an audit trail of all correspondence relating to request, which stores and contractors can reference. In additional to improved efficiencies for contractor management and legislative compliances, the FRC will deliver the following functions:
- Issue work orders direct from FRC system
- Consolidate communications
- Issue scheduled maintenance work orders
- Improve visibility of job requests across business & our valued partners
- Improve reporting methods, including notification by contractors of job completed
- Deliver Contractor Induction program & unique ID numbers
- Provide out of hours help desk services, linked to CRG contractors
- Request and storage of insurance and WHS documents
